Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has issued a notification for the recruitment of Grade IV officer for Indian Economic Service (IES) and Indian Statistical Service (ISS) through IES/ISS exam. Application forms are invited for the same.

 

Candidates may do online registration to appear against this exam to get recruited for the post of Grade IV officer on or before the last date which is 16 September 2013.

Eligibility Criteria

 

Education Required

• Applicants must have passed Post Graduate degree in the related field as per applied.


• Candidates who are in the final year of Degree course and waiting for the result can also apply for the exam.

Age limit (as on 01-08-2013)

• Job hunters must not be less than 21 years of age and should not be more than 30 years of age.


• Relaxation in age will be given to the candidate who belongs to reservation category as per the rules of the government.

Mode of selection

 

Eligible and skilled job fighters will be selected on the basis of their performance in written exam and interview.

Application fee

 

·         Aspirants from General/OBC category have to Pay Rs 200/-

·         SC/ST/PH/Female candidates are free from the payment.

·         Fee must be paid either through cash in SBI bank or using net banking.
