# The Recruiting Intern will be responsible for a major contribution to the recruiting cycle, which will include sourcing, evaluating, closing great candidates, and on-boarding all new employees.
Responsibilities :
# Help support the entire recruiting process, including sourcing and screening candidates, managing candidate interviews, conducting background and reference checks, and administrating the on-boarding of all new employees
# Source candidates for various company positions through cold calling, networking, posting on job boards, and other prospecting means.
