Qualification: Intermediate or Senior Secondary School Certificate (10+2) examination from recognised board or university or equivalent.
Essential qualification: Skill test norms on computer – 10 minutes @ 80 words per minute. Transcription time- 50 minutes in English or 65 minutes in Hindi on computer.

How to Apply: The completed application in the prescribed format along with all relevant documents should reach the address as mention in the notification. Application and admit card on the proforma as per Annexure-I should be sent to any of the authorities prescribed along with requisite application fees of Rs.50/- (Rupees fifty only) in the form of Postal Order drawn in favour of the officer mentioned and payable at the post office.
