MCD Delhi is inviting candidates for the post of senior & Junior residents in Swami Dayanand hospital, East Delhi for regular basis. All eligible candidates are requested to present themselves on 19-08-2013 for Senior Residents Post and 21-08-2013 for Junior Residents posts. The total number of posts are 44 and therefore, you must prepare well yourself for the interview as it is going to be very hard.

Details of Junior Residents :

Total vacant post = 19 ( including 2 posts of dental JR)


Applications Fee :

The fee of application is going to be Rs. 200 in the form of DD made in the favor of commissioner, EDMC. No fee for SC/ST/PH candidates.


Eligibility Criteria for both posts :

• Education : The candidate must be holding a medical degree in MBBS/MD/MS/DNB.


• Age : Age limit is 33 years for senior residents and 30 years for Junior residents.
  
  Age relaxation will be given as per valid.

Selection Procedure :

As the post description says, there is going to be 1 round of interview for both of the above posts and candidates will be selected based on their performance in interview only. No written examination and no practical examination, just a simple straight forward interview.

Please Note :

• Tenure of senior residents will be initially for a period of one year extendable up to 3 years. Tenure of junior residents will be initially for a period of six months and extendable up to 1 year.


• No fee will be charged from SC/ST/PH candidates.
