Educational Criteria:
Aspirant should possess Bachelor’s Degree or its equivalent in Science or Engineering of any recognized University or Institute in the subjects of Agriculture, Botany, Chemistry, Computer Science, Computer Applications, Agricultural Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Civil Engineering etc.
Age Limit:
· Applier’s age should be between 21 years and 32 years as on 01-01-2013.
· Age relaxation is applicable as per Government rules.
Application Fee:
- Job Fighters have to pay the application fee of Rs.210/- (Rupees Two Hundred Ten) only by Indian Postal Order and endorsed to “ Secretary, Public Service Commission, West Bengal” or by a receipted challan from a Govt. Treasury in West Bengal of the Reserve Bank of India, Kolkata under the head “0051-00-105-State PSC Examination fees-001-Examination fees-16 other fees”. The Postal Orders should be made payable at G.P.O., Kolkata.
- SC/ST candidates are not exempted to pay any fee.
Mode of Selection:
Job appliers will be selected on their performance based on Preliminary Examination (Objective Type), Main Examination (Conventional Type-Written) and Personality Test.
How to Apply:
Interested candidates can send their applications in the prescribed format along with P.O./Treasury Challan, in original, one copy of recent passport size photograph pasted on the application, attested or self-certified photocopies of testimonials.
