West Bengal Staff Selection Commission invites applications from interested Indian citizens for filling up of the 3050 posts of Lower Division Clerk /Assistant (Group C) vacancies under various Regional or District Offices of Government of West Bengal. Eligible and Interested applicants have to apply via Online mode or Offline before 13th September, 2013.
selection of which will be made through an Open Competitive Examination to be conducted by the West Bengal Staff Selection Commission in terms of section 6 (1) of the West Bengal Staff Selection Commission Act, 2011. Further detailed information is mention below.

Eligible criteria/ Qualification:-
Age details: Candidates age should be between 18 years to 40 years as on date 01-01-2013.
Educational Qualification:
Candidates should have done Madhyamik Examination of the West Bengal Board of Secondary Education or its equivalent with elementary knowledge in Computer operation with the ability of typing on Computer at the speed of 35 words per minute in English and 25 words per minute in Bengali.
Application Fee:
1. General & OBC Applicants need to pay fee Rs.220/-
2. SC/ ST and Persons with Disabilities need to pay fee Rs.20/-
Selection Process: Eligible candidates will be selected on the basis of Competitive Written Examination.
